Week 4 (March 2-8): Bad week. There was a tragedy at my school site, and the stress left me emotionally and physically drained. I only got in one workout, on 3/5. Sensing my will lagging, I pinned on my Pinterest page some motivational quotes. I also pinned some stretches I found on Pinterest to help me work out without aggravating my chronic hip problems. See the hip flexor stretch at right. Lost 3 pounds since I started!
