I got an early start on my 20% fitness project, but then fell off the wagon. Now I’m ready for a comeback!
Week 8 (March 30-April 5). I felt anxious to get back to the gym, but life seemed to be conspiring against me. I got in a Monday workout at the T, but my husband was traveling and unable to do afternoon childcare, so it fell to me—right during my available workout time. Looking forward to spring break next week, I started to plan additional motivators. I’m getting tired of the same workout music, so I opened a Pandora account and am adding all kinds of new music (including salsa, Brazilian, neotango, etc.) that I can stream at the gym on my iPod Touch. Nice! Ready to get back on the wagon next week, when I’ll be on spring break from my school site!
