Thank God for spring break! I finally had a breather and could get back to the gym. Unfortunately, I overdid it and aggravated an old injury. Why, oh why, didn't I do the stretches for tight hips on my Pinterest board? Lesson learned. I'll do them in Week 10. Right now, I'm focusing on regaining my fitness. |
