Week 2 (Feb 16-22): This was another great week. I got 4 workouts in (Feb 16, 18, 21, 22). I did pretty much the same combination of strength training and elliptical as last week. I was starting to think I really could make a consistent habit of hitting the gym regularly, even with a busy schedule. I even ordered some picked up a couple of new exercise tops at Athleta and Lululemon, so I’d have something cute to wear! I set up a Pinterest board and began pinning information about high-intensity interval workouts and good workout playlists. See at right an effective HIIT workout I found on Pinterest. Love to use light weights and rubber bands to build muscle.
